Services described

Pages on this site describe informational rates and human-led analytics assessments for grocery delivery apps. They do not constitute a binding offer until we issue a written confirmation or invoice for a specific engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, briefs we deliver, and Filenestbase materials remain our intellectual property unless a signed engagement states otherwise. You may use delivered briefs internally for your grocery delivery operations. You may not resell our briefs as a product or republish them publicly without written permission.

Client materials

Exports, timestamps, and operational details you share remain yours. We use them only to perform the agreed assessment and destroy or return copies on request after the engagement, subject to legal retention needs.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Filenestbase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or reliance on assessment findings. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Findings are professional opinions based on the evidence you provide; they are not guarantees of commercial results.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions current but may update assessments, rates, or processes without prior notice. If a web page conflicts with a signed statement of work, the signed document prevails.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
