Why teams book this

Courier late rates often look worse on the dashboard than on the road because the clock starts at different moments — assignment, pick-complete, or departure from the dark store. This brief locks one clock and documents exceptions for rain delays and customer no-shows common on Malaysian routes.

Deliverable

A short measurement brief (usually eight to twelve pages) plus a one-hour walkthrough with your courier supervisors. We reference your existing extracts; we do not install tracking devices.

Constraints

We need at least one week of assignment and completion timestamps. Without timestamps, we can only advise on definition design, not reconcile historical rates.
