How Filenestbase collects, uses, and retains personal data from website visitors and clients.

Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, assessment of interest, optional delivery routes, and message content
- Correspondence you send by email or phone
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Client operational exports shared for an engagement (may include employee or rider identifiers if you include them)
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver assessments, invoice, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
We process inquiry and engagement data to take steps at your request and to perform contracts. We process optional analytics cookies only with consent. We retain some records to meet accounting and dispute requirements.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a related engagement continues. Engagement files are retained for seven years for accounting unless a shorter period is agreed in writing. Analytics cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on our cookies page.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not share client grocery delivery exports with unrelated third parties. Authorities may receive data when Malaysian law requires disclosure.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a processor stores data outside Malaysia, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian personal data law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing, and withdraw cookie consent at any time via the banner controls or by contacting us. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant Malaysian authority.
Children
This site and our assessments are directed at business operators, not children.
