Rain codes and condominium waits: separating delay causes

Penang island routes and many Klang Valley condominiums share a pattern: the rider arrives near the SLA limit, then waits for lobby clearance. If that wait stays inside the same “late” bucket as a missed turn, supervisors cannot coach anyone usefully.

Add two reason codes at minimum — weather hold and access wait — and require them when completion passes the SLA by more than five minutes. Train riders that blank reasons will be reviewed. After three weeks of coded data, your late chart becomes a conversation about gates and rain gear instead of a blame round.
