Audit Process

How a Filenestbase audit runs

From kickoff to findings brief — the steps we follow when reviewing grocery delivery app analytics.

Our process is built for grocery delivery operators who need clarity, not a lengthy discovery theatre. Most full audits follow four steps.

  1. Kickoff & corridor lock

We confirm which cities, dark stores, and app surfaces sit in scope. You name the metrics that cause the most debate — basket completion, substitutions, late drops, or reorders.

  2. Evidence pass

We review the exports, warehouse boards, and courier timestamps you already keep. Missing fields are listed early so nobody discovers them on the final call.

  3. Definition workshop

A short session with operations and product to agree clocks and labels. Disagreements are written down, not smoothed over.

  4. Findings brief

You receive a written brief with metric definitions, gaps, and a short priority list for the next release cycle. Optional George Town briefing available.

Timing

Two to three weeks is typical once exports arrive. Festive peaks may stretch review windows if your team cannot spare comment time.
